HIIT Yoga combines the zen and mindfulness of yoga with the dynamism and endurance of high intensity interval training. The class starts with a gentle flow to warm up and stretch the body, before transitioning to more cardio-intensive HIIT movements, and concluding with counter stretches to slow down the heart rate and ease the muscles. The combination adds more stability and balance to the traditional yoga practice, while still promoting flexibility and providing a connection with the breath.
