Core Fusion focuses on building core strength through a combination of yoga- and pilates-inspired movements. Your core is comprised of a network of muscles that extend far beyond your abdominal muscles, including those located around the lower spine, pelvis, and hips. The class includes a variety of standing and mat based exercises to promote balanced strength and improved stability, as well as allow you to feel the connection between supporting muscles in activating the core.
