Our Circuit Training class is a 45-minute full-body workout that focuses on strength training and conditioning. It comprises of a series of exercise stations, designed to work different muscle groups, to be performed in rotation. You will move through these stations quickly, with minimal rest, as you build strength and muscular endurance while keeping your heart rate up. Props, such as TRX suspenders, bosu balls, and steppers, are often incorporated into the workout.
