Our first signature class is a 45-minute full-body workout that incorporates fundamental boxing moves within a circuit program. This non-stop workout session, designed to burn up to 750 calories, combines boxing, agility, plyometrics, core work, and strength training to build a lean and toned physique. You will be working different parts of the body in each station - arms, legs, core, glutes - we got it all covered! All while practicing your boxing combinations.
