STRONG by Zumba combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. The music is specifically timed to the moves. Every beat has a move. Every move has a beat. Unlike a Zumba class, STRONG by Zumba uses more traditional fitness moves instead of dance to achieve a more athletic, conditioning-style workout, and is therefore perfect for those not comfortable in a full-out dance class.
