Power to the yogi.
 
Power Yoga is an alignment-based class that focuses on one pose at a time. It incorporates a set of physical postures that are practiced more slowly, encouraging you to engage with the posture, explore and hold it for a period of time, and then break it. You may find some arm balances, deeper backbends, and inversion practice during class. Props and modifications are also offered to ease in the postures.
