Power Flow is a dynamic Vinyasa-style class that strings sequenced poses together into a continuous flowing organic whole. Each movement is synchronized to a breath, connecting one posture to the next. Sequences focus on strength, endurance, and flexibility, and often prepare you for challenging peak poses at the end of class. Options and necessary adjustments are provided as needed.
