Fire up your muscles in this high-energy, yet low-impact class. Barre Burn combines the ballet-inspired workout with high intensity interval training. It is a core-focused exercise, infused with a bit of HIIT to keep your heart rate up. A ballet barre is used as a prop to assist you in finding balance while doing dynamic isometric exercises in continual fat burning motion. Repeated movements of these muscles also build endurance. Expect the class to be hard on the muscles, but always, always kind on the joints.
